I am VERY pleased with my shower conversion!! From the initial sales rep ********** visit, whereby you can select your walls, your ************* and see it on the computer, (so you have a pretty clear idea of the finished product), to the tear out and install done by **** and ****. The team worked harmoniously together while doing the job, and the installation they did was top notch! All the bells and whistles of the actual shower look beautiful!! We were very pleased with the work done by our installer ***** He was respectful of our home and kept everything as clean as possible during the process. The skill of your installer is everything, and we would highly recommend him!
Poorly installed equipment. No effort what so ever to mitigate the extraordinary mess they made, then refused to clean up after themselves. On top of that they were just dishonest. I would not recommend this company!
Don't buy from them. They don't honor their contracts. I purchased windows from them in 2015. The contract said "Lifetime" guarantee, not "Until we stop selling windows". I get the runaround whenever I call about issues with my windows. Their excuse is that they don't have the windows division anymore. One technician came out and saw my problem and told me I'd just have to live with it. How can a company sell anything with a "Lifetime" guarantee then decide they don't have to honor the guarantee.
