We had a wonderful experience with Kelemer Brothers. Joe is very personable and it was a pleasure to deal with him through the whole process. He didn't require a deposit up front and the job was done within the time frame that he originally gave us. We really appreciated that he was here during the installation to make sure that things went well. Good hard working and friendly crew that worked together as team. I wished I had found the Kelemer Brothers back in 2017 when I was looking for new replacement windows would have saved me lots of money as well as the nightmare that I had to deal with the ******************* windows with moisture on the inside as well as ice which they would not stand by and fix the problem. We had a problem with a window they installed years ago, and called them. Someone came over the same day , diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Quick, effective, excellent customer service!
Joe was responsive, helpful, and informative. The installation team was efficient, tidy, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better home improvement experience. And the windows looks great.
