I am very pleased with my new windows. There was no pressure to buy. I received an honest estimate. Joe gave me time to decide, but was always available to answer questions. He was very thorough and personable. The company takes pride in their product and their service. The men who installed the windows were efficient and dedicated to excellence. As an extra sweet gesture, Joe brought me flowers at the completion of the project. I highly recommend Kelemer Brothers. From my experience, it’s a great family business.

I first contacted a few reputable window companies, but the high pressure sales tactics, 2-3 hour sales pitches, and price changing methods were frustrating. I contacted Kelemer Brothers for an estimate. It took about a half-hour to get a reasonable estimate for 18 windows. I always take a few days to reflect on deals prior to committing. We needed to replace all the windows in our new condo so we asked neighbors and our Building Superintendent for recommendations. Kelemer Brothers was the top recommendation. Kelember Brothers installed new windows in my home. From the quote until completion, the service was great. The installer was on time and friendly. He worked without a break and completed 7 windows in one day. After completion of the job he cleaned up all construction materials and rehung all of the blinds. I would recommend Kelemer Brothers for your window replacement.

Joe is incredibly polite and respectful which carries through the entire window replacement experience.
