They wanted $11,000.00 to put in an acrylic tub and he talked bad about a famous home appliance store and 1 other place if the man did not leave on his own my brother was going to grab him and throw out the man was ridiculous, then he started with we do not do this and we do not do that alot, he must not know how to do a real bathroom remodel, this company is no good, scammers, nobody hires this company you will get robbed.

The Salesman was thorough, and said that our windows would be ready between Aug. 10 to Sept. 10, they finally were ready Oct. 10th. The installers did a Rush job, and didn't seem to take very much Pride in their Work. 2 of the Windows delivered were the wrong size. We have been fighting with them to get the project finished, but we are being Ghosted...Or Sales person won't return Phone Calls or Emails. the Factory will only tell us the the widows will be made towards the end of November... We were told the windows would take 8-10 weeks. It's already been 10 weeks and we don't have them yet. Were told today that they won't be installed until November. They also told us they install their windows. Found out today they use a subcontractor. NOT WHAT I WANTED! I called the main office to find out what's going on and was told to call my salesperson. When I call him he says someone will call me back and they never do! Very unhappy.

I was having a handicapped shower removed from home I just purchased and wanted a tub and shower installed. I called Joyce Factory Direct to have this completed. They came and gave an estimate on 12-18-17, I then booked with the salesmen that same day. My bathroom tub and shower was not installed until 2-13-18. That was after several messages left with no return calls from them to me. Their idea of "gutter guards" consisted of wire mesh coverings, they were installed after they initially "lost the contract". A sub contractor installed the gutters and guards, it took them about 3 and a half months. Pick someone else.
