Great experience from start to finish. John, our sales gentleman, was knowledgeable about their products. He was professional and really listened to what we were looking for. John, the Installation Manager, measured for the outside materials, was punctual, professional and completed his measurements quickly. Mike, the head installer, and his crew were incredible. They were professional, clean, experienced and accurate. They explained everything and answered our questions. Definitely recommending to our family and friends.

Job was done clean, fast and efficient. I have the impression that there is no communication between the different department. You explain the same thing couple of times with every call. Other than that, once the job is initiated it goes smooth.
After checking with several companies for a remodel for our bathroom, we chose Joyce Factory/Bath Planet to do the job. We are very pleased with the job. Professionally handled from the salesman coming to our home for an estimate to the installation. We had a new acrylic shower surround and tub installed which we bought from Joyce.
