great products & great owners! 1000% recommend using them for improvements but 10000% Don't recommend getting a job here as some of the workers aren't friendly & lie.
We had our windows done a few years back and remain satisfied. So when we needed our leaky roof fixed we made a HUGE mistake!!! 1- they left a hole on our bathroom overnight 2- the exhaust vent for the water heater was left dangling due to improper boot installation. Can you say carbon monoxide. Thankful for air loss or we’d have 9 DEAD 💀 FAMILY MEMBERS. 3- The roof still leaked!!! 4- Dale is the only person who took care of business.
We had our house sided, new windows and roof and the siding is falling off and one of the windows they ordered the wrong size and never bothered to fix it. We have called them several times and complained about the siding and they promise to come out and never show up. Most of our siding is not even nailed on.
Worst company in michigan. Took advantage of my In-laws. Quoted a complete reroof of there house with new gutters and down spouts. In the end, they ended up with half the work quoted and no gutters. Owner was rude when asked.
Scheduled for an estimate and after they called me numerous times to confirm and I finally got a chance to confirm our address and then confirmed our appointment time the day before our appointment. Nobody showed up and nobody called. If your going to be late to an appointment the least you can do is call to say your running late. We shouldn't have to call a half hour later to find out why nobody showed up. Unprofessional and will not be getting our business.
I had an appointment for someone to get us an estimate for windows and siding. After waiting all day and making calls. No one showed up and no one called. Someone called me to see if we were interested in getting products from them. They will never get our service. Very unprofessional.
I am overall upset with this company. They refused to come and quote me for a job simply because my partner would not be there. I explained that it would be difficult with his schedule. We will look for a company that is more flexible and sensitive to customer needs.
Worst craftsmanship ever.Installer had no clue what he was doing.
