Scheduled for an estimate and after they called me numerous times to confirm and I finally got a chance to confirm our address and then confirmed our appointment time the day before our appointment. Nobody showed up and nobody called. If your going to be late to an appointment the least you can do is call to say your running late. We shouldn't have to call a half hour later to find out why nobody showed up. Unprofessional and will not be getting our business.

I had an appointment for someone to get us an estimate for windows and siding. After waiting all day and making calls. No one showed up and no one called. Someone called me to see if we were interested in getting products from them. They will never get our service. Very unprofessional.

I am overall upset with this company. They refused to come and quote me for a job simply because my partner would not be there. I explained that it would be difficult with his schedule. We will look for a company that is more flexible and sensitive to customer needs.

I am so disappointed in this company. When we chose this company, we had hoped we could have them do other projects for us. After the experience with our roof, I would not recommend them to anyone. Their big sales pitch is their cleanliness. Let me tell you that is the biggest lie!! Now that the weather has cleared we are doing yard work and finding shingle pieces, cigarette butts, and NAILS everywhere. As for the job itself it was an awful process.
