Was told 6 weeks for roofing supplies, finally after 13 weeks they schedule to install and never show up, and like usual no phone calls to apologize, no real answers we would have no contact with them if we didn’t call to find out what was going on! But they had no problem taking our down payment!
home zone did my siding it was terrible I have 100 pictures if anyone wants to see.They pay costumers to give a 5 star review for a dicount.I have called three times on my warranty no response basement is flooding after they installed siding.The caulking looks like a 7 your old did it I have pictures of all of this please look at the job they did before ordering from this company
Horrible don't let that contract fool ya. they do not send a "crew" lucky if ya get 2 people to show up! had materials in driveway since may 25th siding project still not completed I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with this company wish I never went through them it's been a nightmare!! Never again use this company!!
Their customer service is lacking at best. They installed a broken door from day one and cannot give me any update as to when the replacement part will arrive (after waiting 16 weeks for it to be installed in the first place). The screen door is also in need of replacement and was told they would be out this week with a replacement. Still no word from them. After spending $4k on a door, the customer should not be the one having to always call in for updates. I would look elsewhere, customer service makes or breaks a company.... read more
great products & great owners! 1000% recommend using them for improvements but 10000% Don't recommend getting a job here as some of the workers aren't friendly & lie.
We had our windows done a few years back and remain satisfied. So when we needed our leaky roof fixed we made a HUGE mistake!!! 1- they left a hole on our bathroom overnight 2- the exhaust vent for the water heater was left dangling due to improper boot installation. Can you say carbon monoxide. Thankful for air loss or we’d have 9 DEAD 💀 FAMILY MEMBERS. 3- The roof still leaked!!! 4- Dale is the only person who took care of business.
We had our house sided, new windows and roof and the siding is falling off and one of the windows they ordered the wrong size and never bothered to fix it. We have called them several times and complained about the siding and they promise to come out and never show up. Most of our siding is not even nailed on.
Worst company in michigan. Took advantage of my In-laws. Quoted a complete reroof of there house with new gutters and down spouts. In the end, they ended up with half the work quoted and no gutters. Owner was rude when asked.
