From the moment I submitted an inquiry to Global Home Improvement about Infinity by Marvin Windows to the moment they finished work and the communication via email, everything went exactly as they represented and the product wads exactly as described. The windows are much better than the existing windows we had. The crew who worked on the job were professional, good craftsman and knew what they were doing. They left the place clean, communicated with me well and were professional.
I was completely satisfied with everything that Mike and his crew did. I am a very pleased customer.
This was a professional experience, unlike that with the first company we intended to hire for the job at a higher price.
Disappointed with this job. Had to stay on top of them for info regarding start and time frame for job. Once job was done found leak in seam. Fortunately was able to place a bucket to catch water before any damage was done. Contacted supervisor a week ago and have yet to get a time for someone to remedy problem. Have had to keep calling them This is the 2nd job Global has done for us. The first one was totally opposite of this one as far as contacts went.
