Very organized company. All the staff were friendly and courteous. A little pricey, but isn't nowadays. We'll have see how the windows and workmanship hold up through the years. A good company will stand behind their work and products and I hope this is the case with Global Home Improvement.
Attention to detail, cleanup and quality of workmanship was excellent. It was a pleasure working with them.
We live in a 200 year old stone house and most of the windows were original but most of the glass had been replaced so a lot of the charm of the old glass was gone. I still hesitated to replace them because I wanted to keep the integrity of the house. We had enough of dealing with storm windows, screens and drafts though.We are completely happy with the custom product and the construction crew.
