Workmanship and quality of materials were very good. The job site crew was very skilled. I was disappointed with the initial communication, the schedule and the time to do the overall job.
Professional, courteous, efficient. When the installation was complete the rooms were perfect- no sign that work was even done.
Overall everyone we interfaced with from conception to completion of our project treated us professionally, were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions timely and confirmed our understanding of their answers. The workmanship totally met our satisfaction and we feel the teams that worked on our roof, in some instances, went above and beyond. Job well done and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Global Home Improvement to anyone.
