Their knowledge of the materials and their workmanship were excellent. Nothing was ever too much for them when I asked a question
A small mixup of communication and timing, but overall extremely pleased with the new windows both in appearance and workmanship/installation. My house is almost 100 years old and though the Marvin windows function like brand new windows, they look old-fashioned with the simulated divided lights.
The workers at Global Home Improvement do a very good job. They show a lot of concern for their work.

Global did a great job for us. Very happy with the service, the project manager and the team, and the end result.
The bid from Global Home Improvement was more comprehensive, sensitive to any restraints [presence of skylights, mini-split AC and trellis] that could have impinged on the job. The installers were neat, polite and open to any ??. They worked well with the others who removed the minisplit and prepped the trellis to be raised, not demolished! When they left one could not discern that they had been there [ALL trash etc removed] excerpt my beautiful new roof!! thank you!!!
