RecommendedDaniel Faught showed up for our appointment today to provide a quote for gutter replacement. After the inspection, he honestly said that the gutters do not currently need replacement. Such honesty is rare in time and age and is refreshing. And as if that is not enough, he provided insight and advice on other exterior components of the house that would need attempt very soon. Armed with the useful information, it will allow me to save up to cover the expenses for those over the next year or two. I felt as if we were treat... read more
RecommendedDan Faught did a great job with our home remodel needs. This is the second time we went with Elite and are very happy! Dan listened to our concerns and gave us great options for our home. I recommend using Elite and asking for Dan.

RecommendedJust had a great visit from Dan! Very knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas for our windows and doors.
RecommendedI've had 6 windows installed in my Townhouse from erg. I love my new windows! They are easy to clean because they open up from the top and I can clean them from the inside of my house. It's a great feature they have with their windows. I love that my house is warmer now because my new windows do not allow any drafts coming in from the outside. The people that installed my windows were very professional and did the work in a timely matter. The company is great and I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to inst... read more
RecommendedI've done several upgrades with elite remodeling group and have never been disappointed. From a new front door, windows, siding, and side sliding door, they have always been professional, prompt, and extremely efficient. Love their products and services. Highly recommend them for any home improvement project.
Strike #1 - When setting up initial appointment I was repeatedly asking if there was a “male” that I needed to consult with. No there isn’t I am the head of household. Strike #2 -After a two hour appointment I was given an estimate for 19 windows (I have 10) I refused the offer. Project manager then calls to “reassess” my estimate and sets up another appointment. Strike #3 - I am correctly quoted on my 10 windows during second appointment and promised deferred payments (which they later did not honor) I agreed to have the w... read more
I have no idea how this company has anywhere near 5 stars. They're pushy, creepy, and overpriced, and lucky the worst I'm doing is leaving them a bad review. The whole thing is a scam. We had them out for an estimate, noticed the windows were substandard compared to even Home Depot, and were quoted an outrageous price. When we tried to politely decline their service, we became subjected to a barrage of phone calls, to the point where we had to block their number. When we would tell one salesperson we weren't interested, we'd... read more
