Great service and installation Daniel was very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. Installation of the windows was quick they cleaned up after themselves and went over the process of the installation and how the windows work after they had installed and made sure to answer any questions we might have. 100% recommend this company gives you a personal experience doesn’t make you feel like just another customer they make sure you are taken care of.
We used Elite Remodeling Group (ERG) for a higher-end siding and soffit/fascia replacement at our home in the western suburbs in 2026. I am always concerned about the finishing details of projects, which can make or break a job. ERG’s crew did a very thorough job, including careful cleaning up every night, and the finishing details were spot-on. Their quote was price-competitive, and their attention to a quality installation was excellent. I highly recommend you considering them for your projects.
Elite replaced the windows in my Chicago bungalow, they did a great job. Years later the kitchen windows needed some help. I contacted Elite and they sent a technician, Daniel. He was very responsive, kept me informed of his schedule and came when he said he would. He made some immediate adjustments to the windows free of charge, so that everything is moving and working smoothly again. Thank you Elite. I would definitely recommend them.
We had the best experience with ERG! We came across their booth at a local event, and they came to our house to meet with us the following week. We had a very impressive demonstration and explanation of the benefits of climate solutions windows, which ERG installs. We accepted the proposal, someone came to our house to measure our windows a few days later, and less than a month later we had all of our new windows installed. Two men showed up to install them and they were so, so kind! Just great customer service all around. T... read more
Shingles dropped off night before, crew showed up early in the morning, work began promptly. The crew is clearly experienced, they operated quickly but also safely, and weren't being rushed or anything, very important for safety AND ALSO for a home job that's done WELL! Remember my friends, rushed = mistakes. Whole crew was very respectful of my garden, I have a large native plant installation on one side that made doing the stripping more difficult, but they worked around it without issue and I'm so grateful. I have a small... read more
