The crews were all professional and accommodating. The area was cleaned up every day. Information on lead paint, guarantees, energy rebates, and recommendations for additional contractors were all readily given by the sales representative. The only criticism I had was that the projects started later than originally scheduled since they were overbooked for the summer.
The installer was prompt and very professional. My husband is a carpenter and understood the complexity in the installation, he had no complaints with the work that was performed. When there were issues during installation that required work beyond the scope of the project, we were approached and fully informed of the change and any costs associated with it. They came out within a day or so for an estimate after I called. They were neat,efficient and pleasant to work with. Thecorner guards whichare standard installation were a little tall for me. I called them to cut back the guards a little bit, they came out the following day to trim off part of the guards, which now look beautiful. <br />
