They were professional and called several times to give us updates on when the project was going to start. They also called a day or two before they started the work. Every day they took away the old materials and cleaned up everything. They were recommended to usby a friend. They offered discounts on the windows because of the quantity of the windows we purchased. We did not select Digiorgi because they were 160% the price of M&J Roofing for a similar roof. In my opinion their gutters solution seemed to be very expensive as well. M&J did a good job.
They r a class act! When they say they will b there, they are. The work is. Professional and excellent! <br />
No problems at all. Were very professional. On time and budget. Had small problem with plumbing vent on roof which they addressed and fixed promptly <br />
Not only did they do an excellent job, they gave us a plan so we knew what was happening and if something didn't work they would have a solution. The price was reasonable.
They did excellent work, were very professional and courteous and it looked wonderful when they were done! Even the sales rep was very nice to deal with. <br /> I have also spoken to them about replacing my roof (about 10 months ago) and I intend to go with them if the quote is still the same. I had 3 different quotes and I like the supplies and work they quoted. All 3 came in fairly close, the other 2 were a little less, but I also felt their product was not as good. <br />
They accurately figured out the cause of my leak and fixed it. (They did not originally install the roof.) While they were there and on the roof, I asked if they would install a chimney cap that I had but hadn't gotten to yet. They took care of it for no extra charge. The new part of the roof blends into the original part beautifly. <br />
The contractor's representative arrived on time but they had apparently not read our request for proposal closely. They do not provide the cedar clapboard siding we requested and we are not interested in vinyl. The contractor left without taking measurements or making a proposal. <br />
I could not have been happier from the initial quote for the job to completion. The workers were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. They offered helpful suggestions and follow up immediately.Work was done in the time estimated and everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. The workmanship was top shelf. I would use them again in an instant. Only drawback is they are on the expensive side, however, for this job the insurance was helping. <br />
