I DO NOT recommend Couto Construction for jobs of any complexity or requiring decent craftsmanship. Couto was hired to do exterior work on my 100 year old house on the strength of their reviews on Angis List and Better Business Bureau rating. The co-owner expressed enthusiasm about this legacy project and assured me that they had workmen with the skills to complete the job well. The contract was signed July 18, 2020.
