This is the best construction company I have ever dealt with. They sided our house in a winter month. Those crews worked in all sorts of weather. They were the most diligent, hard-working men I have seen in decades. All members of the company were personable, friendly and helpful. This company deserves a 6- star rating.

We recently hired Couto Construction to replace 15 windows and 2 doors. They used ProVia, a *** company in **** that manufactures top-quality products. We couldnt be more pleased with our new windows and doors. Our old drafty windows/doors are gone, replaced by beautiful ProVia windows and doors that are so easy to clean and operate. *******, *******, and ******* did a great installation job. The bid was a little high, but the service More than made up for it. They showed up for bid and work on time. The cleanup after the job was great. Will call if I have any more projects.

1 month and chimney work still not done . *** did a no show and now calls and emails are not answered back .Still waiting on ordered Chimney cap but *** said it has arrived but he never showed up to install it.Lady at there office was of absolutely no help . Mean while I have a rolled up card board tube still coming out of my chimney.

Horrible customer service. They no showed x2 and each time said it was me who called an cancelled, which is 100% not true. **** and ***** both continued to insist that it was my fault the appointment did not take place and that perhaps my wife had cancelled the appointment, but I don't even have a wife. Costly mistake. Worst workmanship I have ever seen. Look at pictures on other review sites.
When this company has 3 small roofing jobs and screws up on all three. Find some other contractor.When they continue reiterate thats whats on the contract that you signed AND you explain the sales person told you they will match the gutter color on your house And they dont want to. Find some other contractor.When they say tough thats the shingle color on the contract you signed AND you show them the wrapping on the shingle bundle wasnt the color on the contract. I DO NOT recommend Couto Construction for jobs of any complexity or requiring decent craftsmanship. Couto was hired to do exterior work on my 100 year old house on the strength of their reviews on Angis List and Better Business Bureau rating. The co-owner expressed enthusiasm about this legacy project and assured me that they had workmen with the skills to complete the job well. The contract was signed July 18, 2020.
