This is one of the worst contractors my husband and I have ever dealt with. We had a vanity replaced in our master bath and a small vanity area added. They started the job in October and finished in January (were told 3 wk job at most). We went through 3 GMs, one quit, one got fired and the last guy was able to finish our project. We signed the contract with CMK in May 2023, we are in May 2024 and the bathrooms are still not finished. This project with CMK feels like a nightmare. No communication, multiple project managers, and poor work quality. They have damaged our floor, new toilet, the wall, etc... They had charged us for additional stuff that is not supposed to be changed and replaced, and every time if you question them about it the answer: is " has to be changed per code". Contracted with CMK in June, 2023. We are now in May 2024 and the work is still not done. Simple bathroom reno. The new cabinets look terrible and CMK refuses to work on them until the job is paid for in full. What a horrible experience it has been working with these guys. Daily frustration and no communication. They damaged supply lines in the bathroom TWICE which resulted in water damage to my dining room ceiling and wood floor. Terrible, dishonest company.

In short...We were promised the best, overcharged for it, and were delivered (mostly) subpar workers and uneven quality....apart from the tile installer who was excellent.Based on these other reviews they have a pattern of "bait and switch" with prices. Suckering you in on a reasonable contract and then adding hefty price increases AFTER you're deep in construction, and desperate for them to do some work. We hired CMK in August 2023 to complete a full remodel on a pool bathroom. It is now January **** and the project is still not completed. We have been given two different project managers during this time. Some tile on the shower was done poorly and still needs to be redone. The toilet they ordered was incorrect. They advised the toilet was now ordered again only to learn it was not in stock. We are still waiting on this. Communcation is very poor. We hired CMK in May 2023 to redo our master bath. The project consisted of redoing the shower, and two vanities. After the demo, the work was poor. Shower floor had to be redone, grout lines in the shower tile were not filled, a cup of grout was removed from the shower drain by me, and the vanities were so poorly installed that I refused to accept them and had another cabinet maker replace them. No organization. No communication. Finished construction took 5 months for 1 bathrooms. After done all work i heard water leaking sound so I complained but they are ignoring me.I got a high water bill which is higher than we normal paid. They finally come here and break wall and digging the ground for working. There are huge water under the ground. During i had so much stress and still going on.
