From start to finish we had a good experience with CMK constructions for the remodel of our master bath. Good CMK experience on my total Master bath. Steve my 2nd PM was timely and determined. His word has been his bond with me! Subcontractors arrived when expected and performed work with detail as Steve assured. Oversights and additional requests I had were immediately resolved. There were issues / delays as expected but with all major construction- I received explanations and worked to resolve. *******- Housekeeping.. cleaned finished bathroom as though a 5 Star hotel. A business is only as good as its people. That being said, CMK has some great people but does have areas where Improvement is needed. During the remodeling of our two bathrooms there were major delays, some due to reasons beyond anyone's control. We were having our work done around the end of the pandemic when there were major global supply issues. We contracted with CMK for a bathroom remodel and kitchen floor replacement. We met with their design team and made our selections with their expert help. Our project manager, *****, first visited with us to go over everything making sure that my expectations would be met. Before demo started, a heavy duty paper path was taped from front door to the bathroom, ensuring no foot traffic would damage my new carpeting. I had a great experience and opportunity to work with **************** of CMK Construction on my bathroom remodel. ***** hit the ground running by picking up my project midstream and getting it back on track. His success is due to his great follow up ensuring workers were on site everyday. Absolute trash company. Don’t walk… run, they charge you for work that is never done and the “project managers” are just glorified check collectors .

This is one of the worst contractors my husband and I have ever dealt with. We had a vanity replaced in our master bath and a small vanity area added. They started the job in October and finished in January (were told 3 wk job at most). We went through 3 GMs, one quit, one got fired and the last guy was able to finish our project. We signed the contract with CMK in May 2023, we are in May 2024 and the bathrooms are still not finished. This project with CMK feels like a nightmare. No communication, multiple project managers, and poor work quality. They have damaged our floor, new toilet, the wall, etc... They had charged us for additional stuff that is not supposed to be changed and replaced, and every time if you question them about it the answer: is " has to be changed per code". Contracted with CMK in June, 2023. We are now in May 2024 and the work is still not done. Simple bathroom reno. The new cabinets look terrible and CMK refuses to work on them until the job is paid for in full. What a horrible experience it has been working with these guys. Daily frustration and no communication. They damaged supply lines in the bathroom TWICE which resulted in water damage to my dining room ceiling and wood floor. Terrible, dishonest company.
