Master Bath remodel came out great. Raised ceilings, converted garden tub to zero entry shower. **************** was PM during last three weeks of project. He was responsible for the punch list and paid attention to detail. ********** was original PM and did a good job as well. All of the *** employees were prompt. courteous, and did good work. From start to finish we had a good experience with CMK constructions for the remodel of our master bath. Our sales rep ***** understood what we wanted and kept to our asks and our designer ***** was fabulous. We had such an easy time picking what we wanted.When it came to the demo and remodel, their team did a great job. Good CMK experience on my total Master bath. Steve my 2nd PM was timely and determined. His word has been his bond with me! Subcontractors arrived when expected and performed work with detail as Steve assured. Oversights and additional requests I had were immediately resolved. There were issues / delays as expected but with all major construction- I received explanations and worked to resolve. *******- Housekeeping.. cleaned finished bathroom as though a 5 Star hotel. A business is only as good as its people. That being said, CMK has some great people but does have areas where Improvement is needed. During the remodeling of our two bathrooms there were major delays, some due to reasons beyond anyone's control. We were having our work done around the end of the pandemic when there were major global supply issues. We contracted with CMK for a bathroom remodel and kitchen floor replacement. We met with their design team and made our selections with their expert help. Our project manager, *****, first visited with us to go over everything making sure that my expectations would be met. Before demo started, a heavy duty paper path was taped from front door to the bathroom, ensuring no foot traffic would damage my new carpeting. Absolute trash company. Don’t walk… run, they charge you for work that is never done and the “project managers” are just glorified check collectors .
