We had a large very drafty and cloudy picture window in our living room replaced. Every step of the way, each department, from the person canvasing to the installers were very professional and great to work with. From out initial phone call to the office to the salesman Brandt to the team In the office and to the install crew all were professional, knowledgeable and concerned with our satisfaction with the completed projects. After I ordered a new window to replace one that was broken, I was kept updated as to progress on the new window. Rick let me know when it was ready and scheduled a time for installation that was handy for me. Throughout, communication was excellent.
