Josh was not pushy. The installers were polite and cleaned up well. Tammy was very understanding. I have enjoyed the updates weekly. Just a great company. You don?t find company?s like Clemens very often. If more company?s were ran like Clemens, the world would be a better place.
Very efficient, friendly with great communication from our first meeting with Eric until the project was complete. We were kept well-informed by Rick on a regular basis on the status of our project. We have used Clemens in the past and will n9t hesitate to do so shoud a need arise in the future!
We had a large very drafty and cloudy picture window in our living room replaced. Every step of the way, each department, from the person canvasing to the installers were very professional and great to work with. We have owned several homes and had many different projects done, but this has been the very best! The Pro Landen was very polite & friendly & they did an amazing job on a very cold winter day in February! We are extremely happy with the appearance of our new gutters on our home. They arrived on schedule for working on our home & it looks beautiful!
From out initial phone call to the office to the salesman Brandt to the team In the office and to the install crew all were professional, knowledgeable and concerned with our satisfaction with the completed projects. We've hired Clemens for window replacement in 2022 and roof, fascia, and gutter replacement of this year 2025.
