Bluebird is a great company. They do what they say and customer service is beyond excellent. After my sliding glass door was installed it needed to be adjusted. I called and they asked me if they could come back to look at it. The technician made a couple adjustments and it has been perfect ever since. He said anytime I might have a problem to call and they would come back. I will be a customer of ********************** for life because of this great service.

Blue Bird windows did an incredible job with our house. They replaced 6 windows, the trim around them as well as the window *****. The process was flawless. They called when they said they would, we timely in the install, and complete in the walk through inspection. The windows warranty and their operation were explained thoroughly and the job exceeded our expectation. I would recommend them to anyone for window replacement.

Awesome quality and attentive service over at BlueBird windows and doors! Initial consultation, install, and follow up have been stellar. Cant wait to replace the rest of my windows!

BBird was wonderful to work with all the way through the process. Even through the pandemic issues, they shined, which is no small feat. They are very dedicated and easy to work with. Prompt, courteous, willing to answer questions, answer their phones, do what they said they'd do, check in afterwards (all those things that some other contractors can't seem to manage). The next time I need windows, they'll be my go to. So happy to have an expensive project involving multiple roles (sales, office, laborers) just turn out smoot... read more

I was disappointed that Bluebird Windows and Doors sent random subcontractors where they boast factory trained. The windows and doors I received seem like they may be factory seconds. When I voiced concern I was treated like a criminal. ***** ********, owner, promised a full refund with return of his products but didnt prove true. Left me with a yard full of Sunrise products that I eventually had hauled to the dump.
