Needed 4 windows on the front of my townhome. Old ones, yellowed and leaked air so badly...20+yrs old. From the estimate appointment to the install, I was treated with respect and consideration. I asked a bazillion questions...all were addressed. No pushy tactics and the price was GREAT! I never felt I was bothering them, hovering as I do. We had two doors installed by Bluebird. They did an excellent job redoing the sill between the kitchen and garage. However, the next day I noticed several screws missing and one or two not all the way in on the doors and door frames. Bluebird came back and fixed everything the next day. They should have checked everything over before they left on the first day. That being said, I am satisfied with the installation overall. If I hire them again, I would check everything over before they left.

Bluebird Windows and Doors replaced nearly every window in my home. My old windows were well beyond their serviceable life, and we had let them go a little too long. Bluebird came and inspected the old windows, discussed options such as trim and *****, and provided an estimate for the same day. They sent us a formal estimate with a line-item breakdown of materials and labor. After accepting, the order was placed, and about 4 months later, the windows were installed. BlueBird replaced all of our windows and installed a bay window in my kitchen. The installation of our new windows went very well. The installers were very professional and very efficient. I'm sure we will enjoy them in the upcoming years. Thanks very much!!! I would definitely recommend them to replace your windows. The windows are very nice and sure updated our home.

Bluebird Windows and Doors replaced all my windows, sliding glass doors, and put in a bay window for me. I am thrilled with the finished product and the installers, ****** and ***, and field supervisor, *****, were all very professional! Everyone was very communicative and respectful of my property. The entire BlueBird Windows team was fantastic! Our Salesperson, *** was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - super friendly. We got a great deal for all our windows and dog friendly sliding back door. I can't say enough about the window installers. They were friendly, experienced, efficient, and took great care of our home. They are really great guys! Also, ***** came by to inspect everything afterwards.
