The first contract of 22 window shades were installed great but the second contract for my sunroom was the opposite. I really don’t know what the problem is with the production manager to return 3 calls about completing the installation of my roller shades. He and an installer came to my home over 2 months ago to view the crooked installation of 3 of my roller shades, , no shade on one window and a request to change from the -lactic chains to metal chains. BUYER BEWARE!!! The customer service after installation is much to be desired. The motto" how can I make you smile today" has to be the biggest joke I have heard this year. Each time I hang up the phone with the office I am ANGRY!!! I have been waiting 5 months for a missing piece to complete my installation. I have taken off 3 times and they have not shown all 3 times. I have called them repeatedly and each time it is a different story. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We started the process of a visit with a salesrep on August 24, 2022. Since then we have been put off numerous times regarding installation. September 7th was a re-measure by Ryder. The first time arrival for install was September 28th. The blinds did not fit and a new measurement was needed. Another rep was sent for re-measure on October 21 (Donovan). If I could rate a zero I would. This company is despicable and I feel that they are not legit. I made a grave error in soliciting them to have blind installation. I was excited about getting new blinds for the first time and to remove my paper temporary blinds, it was just for "5" windows. I ordered on 10-12-22 and was told it would take 3 to 6 weeks, ok fine, blinds were delivered to company on 11-16-22 and installation was scheduled for 11-28-22. I have read a few of the reviews and we are experiencing a very difficult time with this company as well. After waiting several months for the blind, we finally had an install date. The installation was incomplete for the blinds for my entire door was missing and two windows frames were missing parts. There motto of how can we make we smile today is a joke. I order Blinds in October 2021, were not installed until December 2022, some of the parts were missing for the install. Customer service is poor, they don’t follow up but sends out invoices for payment. It’s is May 2022 and still dealing with issues and incorrect installment never corrected.????????????????????????
I have scheduled atleist 4 appointments for a free estimate. All of which were cancelled, on the same day of the appointment. For example, my appointment was scheduled for 10am, I' received a call at 9am. The first time the rep had a family emergency and there were no other reps available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM I'm writing about my story to help you stay away from an evil company that you'd regret doing business with. 1. Stealing money. I ordered 4 shutters last August. They took $3,500 from my bank account as of last November, long before the project was completed. Please note 30% of the $3,500 were taken without my permission. Terrible experience! From inaccurate shutter color, inaccurate information re product availability which wasn’t the case, installer broke piece needed to install and indicated it arrived broken, damaging my hardwood floors and stated not their fault, poor installation quality second time around, and threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay balance despite the contract indicating payment due after complete installation which wasn’t the case give poor installation.
