Bob (boss) was easy to contact with questions and concerns. All work was done in very timely manner, and seems to be effective. Minor issues with some expectations, details, etc., but overall a satisfactory experience.

The great service started with the person who initially answered the phone. She was kind and empathetic. The specialist called me back promptly and was available to come out and do an estimate in a very timely manner. He walked me through his very thorough assessment and explained to me in detail what needed to be done and why. The actual work also took place promptly. Hard workers, very professional. Answered all questions we asked while repairing basement interior walls, and installing new drain tile and waterproofing to outside basement walls to stop leaking . Cost of cement wasn't in original estimate.
