After dealing with a burdened insurance company during Ian, my mom & I were relieved the settlement came in and the roof would be replaced by Arry’s, who had done her roof 35 years ago when she first bought it. Cursing at others because they aren’t fast enough, idle threats at random people. Pure garbage employees for sure when ignorance prevails. Being as they represent the company and believe f bombs and degrading people they don’t know is acceptable, stay away! Ignorance is bliss they say, well these guys have plenty of bliss.

I had them come out and look at the porch area of our house that needs to be replaced. They told me that if the job was greater than 25% of the house then the whole roof needs to be replaced. I don't agree with that because it is no where near 25% of the house. I feel like they simply did not want to do the job because it was not worth their effort. They did not want to do it.

Do not return calls. Ronald Pineda project manager called him 4 times. I even called the office asking for a call back. Nothing.
I had an appt last Friday at 4. Thursday you called to confirm. Friday was a no show. Messaged over weekend and still nothing. Not good 1st impression.??
Came out on the 10/16 to give us an estimate to have four skylights replaced. They were supposed to call back with an estimate, but we never heard back. We called them twice and left messages, but never heard a word back. Don't waste your time.

Arry's placed a roof on my home starting on Tuesday, May 1. Communication regarding my project was great up until that point. Ronald was my sales person and he is very good at his job. He explained how Arry's was the premier roofing company in this area and would do the perfect job for me. I had a small water leak in my family room from Irma.
