Arry's placed a roof on my home starting on Tuesday, May 1. Communication regarding my project was great up until that point. Ronald was my sales person and he is very good at his job. He explained how Arry's was the premier roofing company in this area and would do the perfect job for me. I had a small water leak in my family room from Irma. We regrettably hired Arry's to replace our roof. They never delivered on their promises (they gave us BS answers for delays and service issues) and didn't pick up after themselves (trash scattered across the yard and a nail in my tire). This is a terrible company that cuts corners and is not organized. We had to continually follow up on things that were in the contract and should have been completed automatically, such as the wind mitigation report. I would strongly recommend using a different company.

just can't believe that once again i didnt win !! So much for being an american citizen ! For all my troubles you guys should just give me a new roof after the 3rd time i enterd this and you called me ! Just not fair ! I think this is fixed
