Excellent customer service! Scott (are sales rep) answered all of our questions, did not pressure us at all and provided us with a couple of different options that he felt would best meet our needs. We felt confident that he had our best interest in mind. Our installers were terrific too! Coran and his assistant were very careful not to disturb anything while removing our old outdated system and install the new unit perfectly. They were very helpful, curious, and very timely. We had Aqua Systems right after we bought a home in Trussville . Our water quality was terrible. The Aqua System whole house system is amazing. Water quality is so much better. Even our faucets look better now. No water spots or hard water stains. This morning a young man named Coran came and serviced our system. Very polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this company completely.
Josh the service manager was awesome he came out and took care of me. I would recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a home or office water system.

The product does what they advertise it to do. I have no mineral buildup in or around my water fixtures. They come once a year to service the system and make sure it is working properly. They show up on time and keep you informed of their status.
Aqua Systems installed and services my RO system. I previously had a system, but getting regular service was a challenge. I am SO happy with the way Aqua Systems follows up to make sure the system is maintained, and our service technician, Josh was simply the best! He was punctual, courteous, efficient and did a great job, explaining everything as he went along. I would recommend without hesitation!
