RecommendedI had an entire upgrade of my water system done recently due to health issues. Loved working with Brandon, who demonstrated and sold the system, as well as the workers who installed (names?). The water is now soft and and I know it's safe.
We have had our system for several years. Works great. No problems. The hardest part about the system is adding a bag of salt every 3 months. 😀. Austin the lead service tech has serviced our system. He is very thorough and explains everything he is doing and will answer any questions you may have. If you are thinking about a water system, I highly recommend Aqua Systems of AL.
Great communication, friendly service. Jesse called to let me know he was on the way, showed up on time, told me about the system and how it works while he checked it out, and was just all around great. Give that man a raise!
Tech "Jeremy" came to my house the very next day and was able to fix the small part in our 3M Salt Water Softener... another plubming company in Huntsville made it sound like it was going to be impossible to fix and was pitching me a new system... I knew that sounded wrong. Jeremy fixed it in like 10 min for less than 10% of the cost of a new system. He was very good, and I just feel bad he drove so far to get to me.
