We were lied to about our roof contract. We were told 25% down and remaining balance to be paid in 12months. They were friendly until the day after roof completion. Then they started blowing up my phone demanding full payment. They are now lying and stating they never made that agreement with us. Also, they made me sign a paper for " so called preexisting" damages after they had already been working at my house for the entire day. We had a pretty good leak in our kitchen and A1C gave us a estimate to fix it. They seemed pretty confident they could stop the leak. After approximately $3000 we still have our leak AND we have a new leak where it did not leak at or never had. For some reason they thought we needed new asphalt tiles around the skylights and roof vents which neither had ever leaked before. During our original consultation we explained that the repair was high risk because the existing shingles were installed incorrectly, using a racked installation pattern. This installation method is not approved because it is highly prone to leaks, and it was for this reason that we communicated to the customer during the initial meeting, and specified on the contract that we would not provide a warranty on the proposed repair.
