AIC responded to my contact request through this site within 2 hours and worked with me on the timing of doing the job. Listened to my concerns and even explained a few oddities with our roof and relieved the worries that they caused. Cleaned up after themselves and left us much better off than when they were called. Please feel comfortable with calling them out to look at your roof!

After the hail storm, we called AIC for a quote. Ryan was once again prompt in assessing the damage. He met the adjuster on our roof to be sure nothing was missed. While waiting for materials, we had a leak. Ryan came over that evening to reinforce the area. The next morning, Marty and his crew were on our roof for the replacement. Very professional, efficient, and quality work! I had work done on three gable vents, as well as new flashing around my chimney and the price was much less than I expected. Hope I do not need roof repairs again anytime soon, but if I so I will be using AIC again!

Several years ago I had AIC do a simple roof repair job for me after other roofers had lied to me about the extent of the damage. So, when a full replacement was needed I knew AIC was my choice and didn't even waste my time getting other quotes. The work was done promptly, professionally and with good quality. They did a good job determining the best way to address a roof leak and then properly completed the job as promised. I had a couple small cosmetic issues when the work was completed. They quickly returned and made the needed adjustments without any hesitation or hassle. I would use them again.

I would not recommend....I had a leak in my roof and initial the process went well, they said all I needed was some shingles replaced, so they did the work, but after they were finished it looked awful, the replacement shingles stood out like a sore thumb because the color matching was way off..so I called them and they said they would come back to try to match the coloring better than what they did, which they should have done in the first place.....so Shortly after that, the roof started leaking again, they came out and th... read more

17 months after having roof over garage noticed water infiltration where the garage meets the house. Does not appear that it was properly flashed. AIC will not come and repair.
