Pros: Excellent customer service. The sales rep told me they would stand behind the product and installation and they certainly did. See below: Cons: None Explanation: We had problems with the windows: We ordered Unlimited Windows. One of them came with and obvious manufacturing defect and another was missing part of the open/close mechanism. On a third one part of the mechanism pulled away from the window. From start to finish ALL went very well
The guys from Windows of Wisconsin were very prompt. They said they would be here at 7 and they were here. They were done installing the windows by 3:30 in the afternoon and they have cleaned up everything. You wouldn't have known that the windows had been replaced without actually seeing the windows themselves because they were very good at picking up after themselves. I was very satisfied with them. Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional.
