From sales to installation the process was professional, clear, concise and easy. The windows and doors were a perfect fit and the installation crew was very skilled. Every bit of the construction mess was cleaned and disposed of thoroughly. After the installation was completed there was no trace of sawdust or any materials from the old window removal. I recently had all the windows in my home replaced by Window Works of Knoxville—both upstairs and downstairs—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Install team were professional and committed to satisfying the customer. Went to work quickly and construction debris was completely cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the windows. Without the internal lattice the windows open up the outside. My wife is really happy with the casement window over the kitchen sink. It’s like a picture window looking into the backyard. Highly recommend the windows and the company.

This was our first time with Window Works. ***** and his assistants did a fantastic job replacing a very large picture window, a sliding door and another picture window that were long overdue in need of repair. Some of the wood framing the window needed replaced and they worked hard to achieve that as well. I couldn’t be more impressed with their communication, skill level, and timeliness of completing this job. Well done!!

This was our second experience with Window Works installing new windows for us. The first time was in our house and this time our patio windows. We are as pleased with the results this time as the first. The windows seem to be of excellent quality. *****, who installed them, was very efficient and professional. He did a superb job of finishing the trim around the windows both inside and outside. He put down tarps inside before he worked and cleaned up everything after he was finished. I would highly recommend this company.
