No high pressure from the sales team. The installation went smoothly and our windows came in earlier than expected which was nice! The crew installing the windows were professional and friendly and took great care of our home by laying down plastic runners to cover the floors. Our windows are beautiful and we hope that our utility bills will be lower this year. I would recommend this company 100%...

This is my second post on Window Depot for new windows and windowsills installed April 2025. ***** the sales guy is great, friendly and professional. ***** and ****, the installers were extremely professional friendly and courteous. During the window install they were playing music and singing while they worked which was refreshing to me. They definitely enjoy what they do! Windows Direct Recently installed a window for me. I chose them per a recommendation from my neighbor. I received a very efficient replacement for my window at a Reasonable price. The installation was quick and easy and the crew was prompt, efficient and friendly.
Window Depot is definitely a 5-star company. They were recommended to us and they did not disappoint! We were so impressed by the excellent quality of the windows, that we added additional windows, that were not covered by our insurance claim, to have ALL of the windows and the patio door in our home replaced. We immediately noticed the difference with these windows. We no longer need to close the blinds to block the sun and the energy efficiency is amazing! We just had three exterior doors and two storm doors installed. *** who process from start to finish went so smoothly. ***** is wonderful and explains everything. Very nice people to work with, from the salesman to the installers. Very helpful with my insurance claim from start to finish. One of the owners even came to my house to help me with the lock on the slider after install.
