We had an outstanding experience with Windows Depot from start to finish! ***** ******* was amazing to work with.. He is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and truly went to bat for us with our insurance company. He made the entire process so much easier and kept us informed every step of the way! Window Depot USA of St. Louis Did a wonderful job. Personable staff, walked me through the estimate. Worked directly with the insurance company. The installers were on time, made sure I fully understood operating them before leaving. I love the windows and we had a sliding door replaced. 8 windows and 1 door and this winter we tested them, happy to say no drafts and easy to clean. ****************.

Was very satisfied with Window Depot. The team who put in our windows were professional , very careful while putting in the windows. ******* was my contact throughout this process and he always got back to me immediately if I had any questions. This project was due to hail damage and he helped very much with the insurance company

****, ***** and **** were extremely professional and explained the process throughout. They put down protective mats on pathways to protect the floor and carpet in the house helping to minimize cleanup. Impressed by their attention to detail and would definitely recommend this team to anyone that requires window removal installation.

No high pressure from the sales team. The installation went smoothly and our windows came in earlier than expected which was nice! The crew installing the windows were professional and friendly and took great care of our home by laying down plastic runners to cover the floors. Our windows are beautiful and we hope that our utility bills will be lower this year. I would recommend this company 100%...
