It took them 7 months to complete the job. They started 2 months after receiving down payment but then left it sit ‘UNFINISHED’ for 7 months after starting.
Larry was fantastic to work with but their customer service was terrible for us with rude office staff. It was over two years without the work being compketed with empty apologies. After being a homeowner for over 30 years and working with many companies, our experience with this company has been nothing short of awful. Happy to hear some have had good luck but with the number of good companies out there, I would recommend going elsewhere.
They said my insurance would cover the new gutters, air conditioning and they lied. I wasn’t going to pay it but and missed the deadline to protest it in court. They didn’t cap my garage, I had to withhold it to get it finished. They ordered extra flashing and other materials, charged me for it and took with them when they left. They left roofing nails all over my yard.
