The inspection was thorough and the inspector was very courteous and professional. The work and cleanup was all completed in less than 8 hours. The negotiating process to come to a fair price went smoothly and we were pleased with the final pricing based on the materials and options we chose. There were a couple of minor issues which ******'s customer service followed up on quickly. Overall a very painless process.*****

He went over and above what is expected, and there was no high pressure. The installation crew worked diligently, and the project manager was in touch with me every step of the way while also overseeing their work.
