Had a relatively large & complex roof project completed today (in 1 day). So far, on day 1, I have no complaints. The work looks good, I was prepared beforehand well, and on the day of and during, ***** made sure I was informed; showed me photos and videos during the process, and gave a good walkaround at the end. They accommodated my preferences (did not perform the work on a rainy day and came back when dry) too, It was a big bill, but so far, seems like a premium product/service too. They did exactly what they said they would do, arrived on time, kept in communication, completed the work on time, and cleaned up the mess when finished. We got a new roof at a competitive price, a great guarantee, and the number of a person who knows the contract in case we have a problem. A very professional, but personable company to work with.
