Very professional company, starting with the sales representative to the project manager and the entire crew. I am very pleased with my new windows and I love the new siding. The color is beautiful and the house is already warmer. They added vapor barrier (house wrap), a step which the original builder decided to skip, unbeknownst to the first owner and unbeknownst to me as the second owner. I had a very good experience with Universal Windows. I had them replace 18 windows and interior trim, 4 picture windows, a storm as well as a main entry door, 1 slider and covered all exterior soffits and facia board trim. It took only 2 days for windows and doors and one day for soffit and facia work. I was very happy with the crews doing the work and they cleaned up everything after completion. The installers were great they came on time showed me there I.D.s and went right to work. They installed my door in no time and did a great job also cleaned up after they were done. I would call them again if I need door or windows replaced. GOOD JOB
