We were very pleased with Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. We had to special order a storm door because it was an off size-a much more substantial door than if we'd gotten it at ******.**** and **** came to install it. They were polite and friendly, got right to work and cleaned every scrape up before they left.We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
Great company to work with. Zero pressure, absolutely no upselling. Every measurement was double checked to ensure a perfect fit at install. The installation team was very polite, very fast, and very efficient. We will absolutely go through Universal Windows for all future projects including the siding of our home.

Very professional company, starting with the sales representative to the project manager and the entire crew. I am very pleased with my new windows and I love the new siding. The color is beautiful and the house is already warmer. They added vapor barrier (house wrap), a step which the original builder decided to skip, unbeknownst to the first owner and unbeknownst to me as the second owner. I had a very good experience with Universal Windows. I had them replace 18 windows and interior trim, 4 picture windows, a storm as well as a main entry door, 1 slider and covered all exterior soffits and facia board trim. It took only 2 days for windows and doors and one day for soffit and facia work. I was very happy with the crews doing the work and they cleaned up everything after completion. The installers were great they came on time showed me there I.D.s and went right to work. They installed my door in no time and did a great job also cleaned up after they were done. I would call them again if I need door or windows replaced. GOOD JOB
