Daniel came out and did a excellent job of talking about and showing the benefits of their windows and how they're made and the benefits of replacing my 20 yr old builder windows with new ones. He was polite, professional, extremely informative and a pleasure to do business with. Great presentation and can't wait to get my new windows!!

The salesman from Universal Windows and installers the best I ever had. No pushy sales pitch just great details and explanation of the quality of the product and the installation. It's been over a year now since we have had our windows installed and I have to say I am so impressed by the quality of these windows. My furnace bill has gone down. Installers arrived when they said they would. Went straight to work in removing the present windows and installing the new ones. They showed us how to adjust the windows and the screens. They thoroughly cleaned up all trash and answered all of our questions. The new windows are beautiful !!!***** ******** OH)
