They explained everything to me about the product. When they were finished they cleaned up everything they had on the ground. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. We were given a demo, showing us how the awning operates, what happens with winds, etc. Asked if we had any questions and what to do in the future if questions or concerns arise. They cleaned up when done. We highly recommend Adam and Richard for your service needs as well as Sunsetter. It is an amazing product.
