I needed a new storm door so I went to Trim-A-Seal. From buying the door to having it installed was so easy. The installer did a beauty job and even painted the trim around my door, without being asked! Trim-A-Seal made things very easy for me. Thank you,
The salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us a very good deal. We ended up having to change our order three times due to fabric going out of stock but the owner personally contacted us and we were able to work things out and got even a better deal. We feel they went the extra mile to service us and we are very happy with our awning. We're actually happy we had to change our fabric choice because we love the one we ended up with. Although we did have a great install, there were a few hiccups along the way. I’ll get to that plus the positive part of the review. . We live in West Lafayette, IN, and assumed … from the local phone number … there was a Sunsetter office in neighboring Lafayette. That is not the case. (This caused some scheduling issues.) . Trey Pate is a great sales rep and jumped through a lot of hoops to get us the Sunsetter we wanted. To do that, he had the team move a downspout so the awning would fit. The initial visit with the sales rep was very good. We sat outside in March to review the project. Rather cold for a outside sales meeting. Explaining everything in detail & very knowledgeable with product. Installation crew arrived on time & proceed with install. Very good with the process for installing the sun setter awning. A minor rain delay, managed to overcome. Great installation & review of the operation of the awing. Very good experience with all of the crew.
