A rep came to my home, took measurements and told me all how the structure would be built. I stated that I needed the sunroom completed by the end of April 2024 and they put in a clause that if it wasn't completed, the sunroom would cost nothing. They even changed the contracts after I found a discrepancy with mine and I was more than happy to move forward.
