Thompson and Thompson was a great company to deal with. They were pleasant and efficient. They got the job done well, and in no time at all. There were some issues with minor damage to some plants and things, but those were addressed and taken care of quickly. Overall they did a great job, and it all looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing done. They also do siding, and I will call on them for that in the future.

Best experience ever with a roofing contractor. This was the fourth roofer we had contacted in regard to a water leak near a bathroom vent. T&T were the only ones who took the time to go up into the attic and do a thorough check for the cause. They made several recommendations to alleviate condensation in the vaulted ceiling. Work was done in a very timely manner, and all inquiries by us were answered or responded to immediately. We have had several rains since the work was completed, with no issues. Could not have been more pleased with notifications about when work was to be accomplished, how it was done and supervision of work while in progress. Replaced roof shingles, replaced guttering, removed old attic insulation which was inadequate and blew in 20” of new. Worked well with my insurance to get payment.

We have used Thompson and Thompson for all roof repairs we have had, whether a few missing shingles, or an overall replacement of our roof which was completed last Summer. The roof looks great; very close match to original color. Process was easy. I was offered several options, but not pressured to select anything. Opted for increased ventilation in the attic.
