He done an excellent job and was very professional and personable. We were comfortable with him working in our home while we were at work. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. The technician built is a great looking shower and was very friendly.The whole experience was very positive. Rich D******** was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us choose the right accessories for us. He even helped us reduce the expense from what we thought it would be. I was a bit of a wait for our new shower but we are very pleased with the final product. The salesman Rich came and showed us what was available and explained how everything works. He was always quick to respond to any questions. The installer Austin did an amazing job, very professional, paid attention to quality and detail.
