It was an absolute pleasure working with Doug and his colleague. Doug really takes the time to explain things and provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. I'm very happy with the window installation and I'm really impressed with how clean they keep the jobsite. More than anything, I trust Doug. He is a man of integrity and I feel like my home is in good hands with him.

We were very happy with the work done and overall experience. One opportunity for enhancement would be around the communication of the timeline, more specifically the initial start date. However, we understand this can be a difficult window to nail down. We enjoyed working with you and are very pleased with the outcome!

They did great work on my house ,they were alway willing to answer my questions and they alway kept everything pickup after the took out my old windows and put inthe new ones.
We had a new Anderson sliding door put in. They did great job , the workmanship was top notch . I never felt they were in a rush to get the job done. Thanks so much we love our new door, we cannot believe what a differece it makes . We would recommend Superior remodeling and will use them again if we have window needs in the future. Bob and Deb E.
Having Superior Remodeling install our windows was a good experience for us. However, they still need to come back and do some touchup painting on the exterior, so hopefully that will go well once the weather warms up so painting can be done.
Professional,courteous,and fair pricing. Could not have been happier. Great process and very good results.
We have a window in the kitchen that has cold air coming in and they won't come out look at it and we have some concerns about how they insulate around the windows, found frost on trim by accident. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.
