Sales representative was kind and courteous. Help us pick things for the bathroom. Also, price wise, and they were patient. Because I waited probably about a year, and the workers for the bathroom were kind and courteous. The installers knew what they were doing. Cleaned up their mess, excellent group of people.

The sale people and installers were amazing. It was done in a good time frame, and the price was in my budget. I complimented the installer on his amazing tools, truck, trailer, and the clean up.

My experience is a 5 star experience. I needed 13 windows replaced. I received mailings, and a sales man, Rob, knocked on door. And THEY were working other homes in the area. Sidex was on point, on schedule, professional, and friendly. Sidex replaced 13 windows in 1 day, performed the finishing out and in, in 1 day. done. The windows are great, the home looks and feels new again. Already seeing energy savings. Next year I need 7 more windows replaced, and I WILL be calling Sidex back. Excellent all around service. My phones calls were immediately answered and all questions answered. Steve, my installer, was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. The walk in shower is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from the salesmen to the installer to the office staff. We were treated and taken care of like no other company we have ever dealt with. I would give them a 10 if I could.
