Had our hot water heater fixed by Service Pro Plumbing after another company came out and couldn’t even tell us what was wrong despite the guy claiming to be an expert on tankless hot water heaters. Brian was there for 5 minutes and knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the part and did the best he could to keep our hot water heater going until the part arrived. Grant and his crew are amazing! My parents needed extensive work on their home due to corroding galvanized plumbing. On time. Friendly. Courteous. Reasonable considering the circumstances. And most of all - honest. Service Pro could have easily sugar coated the issues, however they were upfront and communicated very candidly what needed to be done in order to ensure remaining useful life of the plumbing in their home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
