Finally, Roof Giants was able to stop my roof from leaking after another roofer tried several times and was unsuccessful. I chose Roof Giants because they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. They deserve an A+++. I would like to thank ****** for the excellent work that he did on my roof and ****** for the excellent customer service that I received from their office. Roof Giants says quality work at competitive prices. You will be happy if you choose them for your roofing needs.

From ****, the sales *** that was my first link to the company, to the craftsmen that laid the roof, to the customer service officers that handled my calls I was amazed at their professionalism and desire to please me as a customer. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions patiently and satisfactorily. Equally important is their competitive pricing. I highly recommend them to any one who needs a roofing job.

Amazing job by Roof Giants on my metal roof, from start to finish. Finally, a company in ******* that is organized, and actually shows up when they say they will, and takes caution (layed down plastic everywhere) to not damage your property, is transparent about the work as it goes on, points out important things that the previous company that did my roof had completely ignored and not bothered to bring to my attention, and started and finished the work exactly when they said they would. From our first meeting with **** going over materials, options and costs to the final inspection and approval, Roof Giants provided amazing customer service. I was always able to speak with someone with my questions and they kept us informed. ******* is the absolute BEST. ***** was also responsive. As an engineer, I spoke to many metal roof installers. I did a great deal of research and learned a lot along the way. Roof Giants is by far the best overall provider with regard to the overall quality, service, and price index.
