Requested an estimate for a roof and replacement windows. Kayla called and left me a voicemail and called back 6 minutes later. I picked up and she was extremely pushy. She said they’d come out as many times as needed to earn our business, but then insisted that they would not book an in-home appointment unless both my wife and I were present, despite my repeated attempts to let her know that it wouldn’t be necessary that both of us be there. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and they wouldn’t schedule something with me because I couldn’t guarantee my husband would be home for the ESTIMATE appointment. It’s an estimate. Then when I said “if you don’t want to schedule an appointment, I’ll just call someone else” and the girl on the phone said that was probably a good idea.
