Benji did a great job installing our door to the garage quickly and professionally. The door looks and works great.
We recently had our house roofed after 25 years and must say in all earnest, The wife and I are extremely pleased with the service of the workers and staff at River Valley Remodelers. Very quick, pleasant and professional. Any questions I had during their stay were quickly answered the best they could. I was especially pleased that the workers used a couple different magnets to pick up any loose staples. The wife and I are both in wheelchairs, you can see why this is important to us. We had another great experience with River Valley Remodelers. Benji and Matt showed up promptly at 9:00 and both were great with our 3 very excitable dogs. They were no nonsense getting to work and finished all three basement windows in an amazing 4 and a half hours. We didn't have any clean up whatsoever. They took care of everything. They even repaired a tiny flaw in the siding under the beautiful picture window that was installed last year. I had my deck done and the work crew was amazing. Dave, David ,Dave and Ben were really fantastic. They weren't bothered by the questions I asked and gave me answers that I understood. I've had numerous people tell me how nice it looks and how fast it was completed.
We had a polyaspartic coating applied to our garage floor last summer. Good product and well-done application. The initial sales presentation was fine, except for the sleazy tactic of offering a discount only if we signed that night. Since we had already decided on the purchase, that tactic, although a turnoff, did not deter us.Yesterday, nearly a year later, two men from River Valley Remodelers appeared at my door, ostensibly to inquire if we were satisfied with their previous service. The installation was great. Benji, Matt, Oscar, Justin and Billy did a commendable job and kept me involved if there was an issue. The initial contract and interpretation of my needs after the sales left me somewhat dismayed.
Benji, Dave *and Billy did an excellent job on replacing our windows and door on our house. Fast and efficient. Would use them again
